Make Services:

We will provide you with a venue in which to sell your excess household item, video games, collectibles and/or inventory. We have sold well over 1000+ items to date and have a positive feedback rating of 100%. Our shipments have gone to all 50 states in the U.S. and 35 countries. We will be happy to assist you in the sale of your items. We provide packing, shipping and tracking. You will be notified via email once the item(s) have been listed, sold and shipped. We are well known for our fast shipping, our feedback is a testament to this fact. We have been successful in our sales through eBay; let us provide you will that same success. 

Fees: 

· 35% on items from $1.00 to $1999.00 
· 30% on items from $2000.00 or more. 

Terms & Conditions: 

Listing fees will be the sole responsibility of the client. At the time of pick-up of your items or our meeting to discuss you items we will give an outline of these fees, which are, but not limited to the following: ·
- Listing Fees 
- Buy it Now Fees 
- Final Value Fees (once an items is Sold) 
- PayPal Fees 
- Shipping Cost “if not paid by the buyer”.


If you would like me to add features (Bold Title, Multiple pictures, HTML, borders etc.) or insurance to your listings, we can do that, but you the client will be charged for those fees. 

 1. I sell all items “as is” but we do offer a 14 day return policy. If you would like me not to offer a return policy for your items, we can negotiate that as part of the transaction. 
 2. I will research the EBay Value for you and make pricing recommendations prior to the start of your listings. 
 3. I will offer free shipping for various small items like necklaces, earrings, etc. Auctions and international sales the buyer’s are responsible for the cost of shipping and handling. 
 4. Buyers on EBay need to know all the specifics of any item we are selling. The more you can tell me about your item, the more successful we may be at selling it. Please let us know about any damages or aspects of your item that may make it less appealing to a buyer. 
 5. Once your item is listed you will be notified by email with a link will be provided so you can monitor you item. 
 6. When your item sells and payment has been made you notified by email. After about (14) days or once we have received a positive feedback you will receive payment. 
 7. We prefer to pay our clients directly via PayPal, however we will offer other payment options if applicable.                                                                                                      
 8.We try to be as careful as possible with items in our care, but can’t be responsible for damage in transit or while in our inventory 

This contracts run for 180 days unless canceled or extended by both parties
